Relaxation Treatments

Relaxation treatments are primarily aimed at de-stressing your body, both physically and mentally. We offer relaxation massage and reflexology.

We recommend a relaxation treatment if you're feeling slightly run down, are overworked or just need to unwind!

Relaxation Massage
Treatments are based on Swedish massage techniques where the pressure is quite gentle. For those who prefer a deeper level of pressure we recommend you go for a Deep Tissue Massage.

Reflexology

Reflexology involves massaging the feet to treat and heal an individual's entire body. Your foot is divided into 'zones', where each zone is mapped to a specific area of the body. This is the ideal treatment for those who prefer to remain clothed.

What to Expect

For your first appointment you will be given a confidential medical history form to fill out. The therapist may ask you a few questions on your current physical condition, lifestyle, stress level etc.

If you are having a relaxation massage towels are provided for draping. The therapist will undrape only the part of your body being massaged, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times.

If you are having a reflexology treatment you will remain clothed except for your feet. It is advisable to wear comfortable, loose clothing and to bring an extra jumper as you may feel cold afterwards.

After your treatment sessions, you may experience some degree of discomfort for a day or two after. This should be nothing to worry about as it is generally a sign of progress.
